Sitting on the southwestern edge of Coventry, Westwood Heath is bordered by Cannon Park and Canley to the east and north-east, with the University of Warwick campus forming its eastern boundary. Tile Hill lies to the north, while Tile Hill Village and the village of Burton Green sit to the west. To the south, the suburb gives way to open rural Warwickshire. Westwood Heath is regarded as one of the more prosperous parts of the city.
