Who Runs CoventryMap?

Coventry Map is not an official city website, tourist board or council project. The site is run independently by people who enjoy city maps, local history and documenting urban places in a way that is simple to browse and actually useful.

The idea behind the website is to create a practical map-based guide to Coventry, including districts, parks, landmarks, public spaces, museums, streets and other places around the city that visitors or locals may want to explore. Some users arrive while planning a trip, others are researching neighbourhoods or simply looking around the map out of curiosity.

We do our best to keep the information accurate, but not everything on the site will always be completely correct or fully updated. Cities evolve, businesses change and mapping data is constantly edited. If you notice an issue on the website, feel free to contact us so we can look into it.

For errors related specifically to OpenStreetMap data, map geometry, missing roads or similar cartographic problems, please contact OpenStreetMap support directly, as the map database itself is maintained by OSM contributors worldwide.

Coventry Map is also interested in working with local companies, cafés, restaurants, hotels, attractions, guides and other Coventry-based services that would like to advertise or collaborate with the website. We are always open to discussing local partnerships connected to the city.

Please include the website name “CoventryMap” when sending a message so your enquiry can be identified more quickly.

You can read more about privacy and website usage on our Privacy Policy page.
